In order to avoid any problems please read this general terms and conditions careful.

By sending the registration form online or by e-mail or fax
you will accept our general terms and conditions.

Registration:
• The registration at ¡YAA! Ecuador Spanish Academy in written form only.
• Online with the registration form on our website, by e-mail or fax.
• Your registration becomes binding when you receive the confirmation in written form from ¡YAA! Ecuador Spanish Academy. ( - in general by e-mail or Fax - )

Conditions and Prices:
• The current conditions and prices are stated on our website.
• All prices are stated in US $.
• The prices are stated excluding the Ecuadorian VAT.
• With your confirmation you will receive an invoice detailing the total amount due for the booked services.
• Lessons are not held on weekend or Ecuadorian public holydays.

Payment:
• After receiving the confirmation from ¡YAA! Ecuador Spanish Academy, 10 % of the total amount due must be paid as a deposit.
• The remaining balance of 90 % must be paid 3 Weeks (21 days) before the starting date of the course at the latest.
• Our bank details for the transfer you will receive with the confirmation.

Cancelation:
• Cancelation must be done in written form.
• If ¡YAA! Ecuador Spanish Academy receives a note of cancellation at least 10 days before the starting date of the course a cancellation fee of 50,00 US $ must be paid.
• If ¡YAA! Ecuador Spanish Academy receives a note of cancellation less than 10 days before the starting date of the course 50 % of the total amount due must be paid.
• If the student withdraws from the course without notifying ¡YAA! Ecuador Spanish Academy in advance the total amount due for course and accommodation must be paid.

Recommendation:
Health and liability insurance covering your stay in Ecuador is strongly recommended.
